In the episode entitled, “Cristi Christensen: Vulnerability is Your Greatest Superpower," Cristi discussed her book, Chakra Rituals, identifying and healing your core wounds, how to reclaim your authentic voice and more. Cristi stated, “Be curious with your healing and with your own awakening. No matter how amazing your life is, we're all on this journey of becoming more alive and to remain curious you can't be judgmental.”
In the episode entitled, “Chakra Rituals," Cristi discussed her book, Chakra Rituals, practices to awaken your chakras and more. Cristi stated, “Coming into the third eye and awakening intuition, this for me was awakening the magic and wonderment of what it is to be in this world and being in a human body and to almost remember that child-like wonder.”
In episode #52 of Honestly Unbalanced, Cristi talks with her yoga journey and what the true meaning of the practice is for he. “Yoga isn’t about just making pretty shapes, It is a path to embodiment, transformation, and freedom.”
In the segment entitled, “Simple Yoga Moves to Boost Self-Love,” Cristi discussed the benefits of practicing yoga and demonstrated a few yoga moves for boosting self-love. Cristi stated, “Yoga is a practice that is about coming into connection with who you are, all parts of yourself so that is your mind, body, heart and spirit. So as we practice yoga, just by moving consciously, moving with breath and awareness, we open up to self-love, to radical self-acceptance. I actually say that the practice of yoga is an exquisite act of self-love.”
In the episode entitled, “What Are the Seven Chakras and How They Can Help You ,” Cristi discussed her book, Chakra Rituals, how to get your energy flowing and connect to your highest self, what chakras are and more. Cristi stated, “The Chakras really are a map to our overall health, wellness and vitality from a physical perspective. So they are apart of our physical body but also our emotional body, mental body, spiritual body and we can even break that down further to our financial body or to our creative body, our relationship body, our intuitive body and so on and so forth and that’s the real power of the system because it is honoring the whole.”
In the segment entitled, “Eat the Colors of the Rainbow,” Cristi discussed what chakras are and how we can eat to activate our chakras. Cristi stated, “Each Chakra is represented by a color of the rainbow and the easiest way to start to build this relationship through food is by eating the rainbow. What we eat matters and impacts our physical health, emotional health, mental health and spiritual health.”

Cristi stated, “I see the world through chakra-colored glasses as the Chakra System is the map that has transformed my life and has allowed me to live on purpose, in full-spectrum color, aliveness and in love!”
In the segment entitled, “5 Ways to Honor Your Body,” Cristi discussed how to honor your body, what Chakras are and her book, Chakra Rituals. Cristi stated, “It begins when you wake up in the morning and your feet hit the ground and you walk to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror. What is the first thing that we often say to ourselves. It’s often this dialogue of 'oh I look old, I look ugly, I look fat.' but why can’t it be 'oh my god, I am amazing, this body is amazing and this is the gift of life' and if we can do that, if we can flip this script, this will transform our relationship with our body.”
Cristi discussed her book, Chakra Rituals and how to awaken your sensual energy. Cristi stated, “Chakras are energy! Spinning wheels or vortexes of dynamic power, color, and light. Traditionally, there are seven main chakras, or energy centers, housed in seven distinct areas of the body. They run along the spinal column from the base of the pelvis to the crown of the head. It’s important to understand that there is no hierarchy among them; each one holds its own genius, consciousness, and superpower!”
In the segment entitled, “Cristi Christensen guides women on a journey of empowerment using the chakra map,” Cristi discussed her book Chakra Rituals, what pulled her towards yoga, the seven chakras and demonstrated a few daily rituals. Cristi stated, “The Chakras are the energy centers of the body. There are seven main ones in our body that start at the base of the pelvis and go up to the crown of our head.”
In the episode entitled, “Cristi Christensen,” Cristi discussed her upcoming book, Chakra Rituals: Awakening The Wild Woman Within, her journey with yoga, overcoming obstacles, chakra practices and more. Cristi stated, “Everything starts with awareness. You can start simple, feeling the life force that’s moving through your body, feeling the connection as you are inhaling life, love and spirit into your body and then as you exhale you feel that you are exhaling your giving, breathe, life and spirit to the world and all of nature.”

Cristi stated, “We have to awaken before we can heal and experience balance, so awakening your inner wild person is about coming into full power so you can live the rapture of what it is to be alive in your own unique and specific way.”

Cristi stated, “If we don’t come into acceptance of this body, we will never truly love it, heal it, or feel at home in it. To me this is the foundation of actual spiritual practice because we have to have a vessel that can hold the strength of the divine.”

Cristi Christensen,” Cristi discussed her book, Chakra Rituals, what the seven chakras are, how to come home to your body and more. Cristi stated, “Worthiness is a birth right. We have to remember it’s not based on how many things we’ve achieved. It’s not based on outer validation. It actually doesn’t even matter how much outer validation you have."

Cristi discussed what chakras are, how to activate them and her upcoming book, Chakra Rituals: Awakening the Wild Women Within. Cristi stated, “So chakras are, organs of the energy body or doorways into the embodiment. So they are this dynamic, pulsating wheels of life that help us to unlock and access all of our energy and all of our power."
Cristi discusses daily rituals for feeling more empowered, her upcoming book, Chakra Rituals. She stated, “I call my empowerment tools, rituals. I want you to think of rituals as ways that connect our inner and outer worlds. It’s anything that we do with intention and heart, and they awaken the magic and the deep meaning of our lives, which can be so easily forgotten.”
